Our sold-out dinner at Boulevard featured a custom tasting menu from Chef Roger Ma, Vancouver Magazine’s 2026 Chef of the Year. Guests enjoyed a one-night-only menu, thoughtfully selected wines, and an intimate evening of great food, conversation, and storytelling at one of Vancouver’s most celebrated restaurants.
